DMCA Policy

Aachen Glück Spiel is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the policy below concerning copyright infringement claims. We will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to our Designated Copyright Agent.

It is our policy to (1) block access to or remove material that we believe in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members or users; and (2) remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders.

Filing a Notice of Alleged Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe that material or content residing on or accessible through Aachen Glück Spiel infringes your copyright, please send a written notice of copyright infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of works or materials being infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information regarding the location of the infringing materials that the copyright owner seeks to have removed, with sufficient detail so that Aachen Glück Spiel is capable of finding and verifying its existence.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Aachen Glück Spiel may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
